While looking at the journey of the topmost cryptocurrency going through many ups and downs, different experts put different opinions about its further journey
Chairman of Bitcoin Foundation and billionaire investor Brock Pierce recently said that in the future bitcoin price could either go up to $1 million, or it could bust completely and fall to zero. During an interview recently on 6th May, when the trading price of bitcoin was around $36,157, Pierce made a prediction that bitcoin will have two options where either it will succeed and achieve the far attainable astronomical price or will fail spectacularly. Pierce has also warned investors that they should take investment risks noted regarding crypto and need to avoid methods like going all-in on the top cryptocurrency.
Pierce said that bitcoin either could go to zero, which is a binary outcome. There are two possibilities: it could be $1 million per bitcoin, or it would become zero. It’s going to happen one way or another, and that is why he said while giving a warning that investors should not put their everything there.
Further, Pierce compared the present crypto landscape to the very famous dot-com and the tech bubble in the late 1990s. He argued that although the tech bubble was there two decades before, it has produced some titans of the industry in the form of eBay and Amazon, whereas a lot of other companies have fallen down to zero. Pierce has expectations of a similar fate to face by crypto with several top projects that would emerge from the ashes of ruin while the rest of the projects would fail spectacularly.

Other than making predictions about a potential market crash where Pierce called the crypto and blockchain innovation real, he also said that it would play a crucial role towards the future in its collective form.
While speaking in the interview, Pierce also revealed that he is very interested in what is happening in the marketplace of nonfungible tokens, including being one of the purchasers of NFT.com, a marketplace for digital assets driven by the community itself.
